Joseph "Moe" Robert Moseh, 82, of Pawleys Island, formerly of McKeesport, PA, passed away Saturday, December 02, 2017 at Embrace Hospice House. He was born August 24, 1935 in McKeesport, son of the late Joseph James Moseh and Mary Toth Moseh.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Sylvia Margaret Cvetan Moseh.
He is survived by his only son, Michael Louis Moseh of Pawleys Island and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Joseph worked for US Steel for thirty one years as a machinist. He retired to Pawleys Island in 1984 but kept himself active installing shallow irrigation wells. He also operated a one man firewood business. In later years he served as a caretaker for several homes in the Pawleys Island area.
He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying camping, hunting and fishing with family and friends. He also enjoyed spending time with his friends.
A celebration of Joseph’s life will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at Precious Blood of Christ, 1633 Waverly Rd, Pawleys Island, SC 29585.
Inurnment will follow in the church columbarium.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Joseph’s name to Embrace Hospice, 175 Village Center Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579 or to All 4 Paws, 708 Petigru Dr, Pawleys Island, SC 29585.
