Zeb Vance (Bobby) Mace

Zeb “Bobby” Vance Mace, 64, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on Tuesday June 16, 2026, while at his home in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He was born on June 8, 1962 in Rutherfordton, North Carolina to the late George Reid Mace & Frances Ann Turner Mace.

Along with his parents, Zeb is reunited in passing with his beloved wife, Revonda Ellen Mace.

Zeb was a hardworking man with an eye for detail. He was a skilled carpenter for many years where he made life-long friends and connections. In his free time, Zeb enjoyed the peace he found while riding his motorcycle, fishing and playing billiards. His love for the Lord and being part of the motorcycle community led him to be an active member of Wheels of Grace motorcycle Ministries of Shelby, NC. Above all else, Zeb loved his family with his whole heart. He will be deeply missed.

Left to cherish Zeb’s memory are his daughter, Trista (Michael) Crosby of Myrtle Beach; three grandchildren, Hunter (Taylor) Herring, Chase (Amerah) Herring & Caleb Crosby; great-granddaughter, Brylee Herring; three brothers, Donnie Blanton of Conway, Thomas Mace of Mill Springs, NC & Robert Mace of Inman, SC; one sister, Emma Warren of Spartanburg, SC; special friends, Lee Green Of Shelby, NC & Andy Foster of Shelby, NC; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins; a large, loving, extended family and many supportive friends and neighbors.

A Celebration of Zeb’s life will be held privately at the request of the family.
