William Michael Rohan

William (“Bill”) Michael Rohan 67, of Myrtle Beach, SC and formerly of Chicago, IL, Connecticut and Rhode Island passed on Monday, January 26, 2026, with his beloved family by his side.

William Michael Rohan was born on January 26, 1959, in Evergreen Park, IL to the late Daniel Rohan and Mary (nee Lenihan) Rohan.

Left to cherish William’s memory is his wife Joyce D. Rohan of Myrtle Beach, SC; Sons John Michael Rohan and his wife Rebecca of Myrtle Beach, SC, Matthew Stephen Rohan of Chicago, IL and Luke William Rohan of Myrtle Beach, SC; Grandsons Liam Michael Rohan and Shea Thomas Rohan of Myrtle Beach, SC. William will truly be missed by his family and friends.

William was a member of the Friendly Sons of Shillelagh as well as the Sons and Daughters of Italy, Myrtle Beach Lodge 2662. He was an Evans Scholar recipient and was active member of their Alumni. He was also an active member of the Merrionette Park Baseball organization. In his downtime, William loved to play golf and cheer on his Chicago sports teams along with his alma mater, the Indiana Hoosiers. William was a family man who enjoyed spending time with his grandsons, coaching sports, and gathering with friends.
