Trinity "TJ" Lee Karr

Trinity Lee Karr "TJ", 44, passed away peacefully on Thursday March 16, 2023 with his loving family and long time friend Pete Shannon by his side at Grand Strand Hospital in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He was born on January 11, 1979 in Greenville, South Carolina to the late Johnny Glenn Karr, Sr. & Beverly Diane Jones Karr.

Along with his parents, Trinity is reunited in passing with his brother, Johnny G. Karr, Jr.

Trinity was a hustler and always willing to try something once. When he wasn’t working in construction, as a maintenance tech or mechanic, Trinity could be found tinkering with his many projects. He enjoyed riding and working on motorcycles with his brother. He supported his beloved Dallas Cowboys even when they weren't at their best.  In his free time, Trinity relished time spent with family and making memories with friends. Above all else, Trinity loved his family with his whole heart. He will be deeply missed.

Left to cherish Trinity’s memory are his wife, Dena Kilcrease Karr of Conway; daughter, Destiny Karr and her daughters, Amberlyn Faith Karr & Aubree Brynelle Phillips of Conway; step-daughters, Amanda Cooper, Haley Bowen & Shanna Bowen and their families; brothers, Daniel Karr and fiancé, Paisley Hensel of Myrtle Beach & Billy Wayne Jones of Greenville, SC; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins; close long time friend Darren Kilcrease; loving extended family and supportive friends.

A Celebration of Trinity’s life will be held Sunday, April 16; 1pm at 5863 Honeysuckle Lane, Myrtle Beach, SC 29588.
