Teresa Brothers

Teresa C. Brothers, 75, passed away peacefully Monday November 21, 2022 at her home in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She was born on December 3, 1946 in Elizabeth City, North Carolina to the late Elmer Earl Brothers, Jr., & Mary Christine Zimmerman Brothers.

Teresa was a hardworking woman with a heart of gold. She proudly spent time in the food service industry, but truly relished time spent making memories with friends and family. She was a loving wife and companion who adored her family with her whole heart. She never met a stranger and would gladly offer the shirt from her back to anyone in need. In her free time, Teresa relished cooking meals for her family, reading, quilting and crafts. Teresa also enjoyed time spent on the beach, soaking up the sun. She will be deeply missed.

Left to cherish Teresa’s memory are her adoring husband, Henry Tucker of the home; sons, Stephen (Sloan) Smith & Parker Smith; daughter, Catherine (Tom) Collins; grandchildren, Annie Smith & Walter Smith; sisters, Sarah Rock & Susan Joyner; several nieces, nephews and cousins; a large, loving, extended family and many supportive friends and neighbors.

A Celebration of Teresa’s life will be held privately.
