With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Tammy Michelle Jewell, who left this world to be with our father peacefully on February 16, 2026. Surrounded by her loved ones.
Tammy was born on August 12, 1979, to Dannis and Linda Evans. She lived a life rooted in love, faith, laughter, and devotion to her family. Her greatest joy was being a mother, she poured her heart into creating a home filled with warmth, comfort, unconditional support, and good cooking.
She was known for her playful personality, steady strength, generous heart, and infectious laugh. Tammy made everyone feel cherished and welcome. Her advice was thoughtful, her hugs were comforting, her love was constant, and her spirit was radiant.
Her time was cherished most with family and loved ones. She valued family traditions and simple moments together, believing that time shared with loved ones was life’s greatest blessing.
Tammy is survived by her two loving parents Dannis Mclauren Evans and Linda Gayle Evans: Her children Skylar Paige Jewell of Pawleys Island, SC, Gage Mclauren Scott Jewell of Pawleys Island, SC, Starasijah Edwards, Megan Harris Dallas, Katie Paige Dallas. Tammy’s brother Jeffery High and sister Melinda Long. Niece Peyton High, Nephews Jeffery High Jr. and Jessie Long.
Tammy is preceded in death by her grandparents Erma Lee Martin, Jessie Hoyt Martin, Bertha Evans, and Wilmon Evans. Her partner Anthony Dallas. Her nieces Nicki Long and Carla Mathews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday February 21, 2026, at 2:00pm at Christian Fortress 536 US-521, Andrews, SC 29510. A celebration of life will also be held on April 11, 2026, at 1:00pm with location to be announced check back for updates.
Tammy’s legacy of love, kindness, and faith will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
