Stephan is survived by his loving wife, Karen Feyer of Murrells Inlet, SC; stepson, Terry Crews of Edgewater, MD; stepdaughter, Dawn Windsor of Sunderland, MD; Step-Grandchildred Ryan Windsor and Kyle Windsor; cousins, Alan Goldspiel of Montevallo, AL, Ilene Davis of New York, NY, and Howard Goldspiel of Medford, NJ.

Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Barnabas Horse Foundation of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina.

The family would like to extend special thanks to the VA Administration of Myrtle Beach, SC, and the Barnabas Horse Foundation of Murrells Inlet, SC, for their care and support.
