Sady Huie

Sady (Yook Sai) Huie Nee (Goon), 82, of Myrtle Beach, SC, formally of Chicago, IL, passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at Embrace Hospice House of the Grand Strand.

Sady was born November 30, 1937 in Hackensack, NJ to the late Lett Goon and Chin Shee.

She was a homemaker and full time mom. She was an avid reader of fiction and loved spending time with her grandchildren. Sady was a lifelong sports fan and loved all of the Chicago teams, with the exception of the Cubs.

Sady is survived by her husband of 65 years, Sue Ming Huie; one son, Kevin (Susan) Huie; three daughters, Sue Lai Schrader, Sue Yin (John) Kahler, Karyn (Mark) Kempke; six grandchildren, Michael (Tiffany) Schrader, Christopher (Alex) Holm, Candice (Jesse) Willis, Kristin Huie, Justin Huie, Charlie Kahler; four great-grandchildren, Parker  Schrader, Maclin Schrader, Sedona Willis and Reina Willis.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Hillcrest Cemetery, 1000 SC-544, Conway, SC 29526.
