Roger C. Beach, 78, of Myrtle Beach, SC, passed away on January 13, 2026, at MUSC hospital in Charleston. Born at home in Washington, VA, on June 26, 1947, Roger settled with his family in Vienna, Virginia, and has made Myrtle Beach his home for the past six years.
Roger died after a short battle following a brain aneurysm and was tenderly cared for by the nurses and doctors at MUSC. He was surrounded by his family when he passed.
A talented contractor, Roger has owned RCB General Contracting since 1976 and touched the lives of many families through his work. He mentored numerous young men, generously sharing his skill and knowledge. He was a longtime member of the Lions Club and known for his love of travel, country oldies, westerns and ancestry. He was kind and gave steady support as a devoted son, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.
He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Rebecca Beach; son David Beach (Allison); daughter Charlene Manning (Mike); grandchildren David (Erika), Brittany, Lindsay, Brett, Mackenzie, Kristin, Alex, and Cullen; and great-granddaughters Tabitha and Ruby. He also leaves his sister Diane (Bill), and many nieces and nephews.
Roger was predeceased by his mother, Helen Pruett, and his brothers Randolph “Sonny,” Ralph, and Raymond.
