Randy had a successful career in the heating and air industry. He loved what he did and only ended his career early do to medical conditions. He retired from Smoak’s Heating and Air, where he had worked for 20 years under the guidance of his boss and dear friend, William Smoak. He remained in touch with all the guys at the shop, and they were some of his dearest friends over the years.

Randy loved his music and all his fellow musician friends. They each held a special place in his heart. He lived to go to open mic nights and sing his original songs until the day he couldn’t anymore. Even then, he would sit and listen to his friends if the Lord allowed him to do so. A special thank you to each of you who made his nights and life a little richer.

We want to give a special thank you to the following: Low Country Oncology, Roper St. Francis Cancer Center, Roper Hospice, Herald’s Pharmacy, and special friends: Donald “Don” and Lynn Fieldman, Ron and Delilah Middlerooks, William “Bill” and Stella Phillips, Stewart and Amber Martin, Josh Rowe who have all played a special part in his medical care along his journey.

He never took life for granted and was grateful for each day God gave him on this earth.
