Ralph Lombardi

Ralph J. Lombardi, 74, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side, Monday June 7, 2021 at Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He was born on July 24, 1946 in Newark, New Jersey to the late Bernard & Filomena Villaggio Lombardi.

Along with his parents, Ralph is reunited in passing with his brothers, Louis & Carmen Lombardi.

Ralph proudly served our country in the United States Army. Following his honorable discharge, Ralph was able to enjoy the finer things in life. He could often be found tending to his garden, vacationing in Aruba and above all else, making memories with family and friends. Ralph found peace on the golf course, enjoyed the occasional glass of blue and reveled in spending time with his grand-dogters, Izzy & Rubi. Ralph will be deeply missed.

Left to cherish Ralph’s memory are his adoring wife, Susan Lombardi of Murrells Inlet; sons, Matt Lombardi and his wife, Linda of Denver, CO & Jared Lombardi of Somerset, NJ; sisters in-law, Rosemary Lombardi of Wanague, NJ & Jackie Lombardi of Lake Hiawatha, NJ; as well as several nieces and nephews; a large, loving family and many supportive friends and neighbors.

A Celebration of Ralph’s life will be held on Thursday June 10, 2021 from 4:00PM until 7:00PM at Carrabba’s Italian Grill, 511 Courtfield Dr, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576. Additional celebrations of Ralph’s life will be held in New Jersey at a later date.
