Peter Frank Marrone

Peter Frank Marrone, 69, of Surfside Beach, South Carolina passed away on Saturday, November 02, 2019. He was born December 09, 1949 in Glen Cove, New York son of the late Peter Frank Marrone, Sr. and Marion Attanasio Marrone.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a brother, Angelo Marrone.

Survivors include his wife of forty nine years Carol Marrone of Surfside Beach, SC; two daughters, Christine Taber and her husband Scott of Clayton, NC and Karen Whelan and her husband Jason of Apex, NC; grandchildren, Jacob, Jesse, Pierce and Emily; and two sisters, Joann Saccone of Port Washington, NY and Deana Zekraus and her husband Edward of Plainview, NY.

Peter enjoyed many things in life. His favorites were playing golf, going on cruises and spending time with his family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 3:00-5:00pm and from 6:00-8:00pm on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at Burroughs Funeral Home, 3558 Old Kings Hwy, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576. A prayer service with Masonic Rites will be held at 7:00pm.

Funeral services will be held 10:00am Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at St. Michael Catholic Church, 542 Cypress Avenue, Garden City, SC 29576 with military honors.
