Paul E. Johns

Paul E. Johns, age 78, passed away peacefully Monday January 3, 2022 at his Murrells Inlet residence.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, Paul was the son of the late Paul Johns and Esther Erbe-Johns.  He was a proud Army Reserve Veteran who loved the ocean, spending time at the beach, boating and the Philadelphia Eagles.  But most of all Paul loved his family. In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his sister, Norma Fekete.

Survivors include his loving wife, Mary E. Johns of Murrells Inlet; sons, Daniel Johns and his wife Magdalene of Haddon Heights, NJ; Stephen Johns and his wife Laura of Florham Park, NJ and grandson, Luke Johns of Hadden Heights, NJ.

A Celebration of Paul’s Life will be held at 5:30 PM Saturday, January 8, 2022 at Burroughs Funeral Home in Murrells Inlet.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations in Paul’s name be made to Saint Francis Animal Center, 125 North Ridge Street, Georgetown, SC  29440 (843-546-0780) or online at www.sfanimals.org
