Patricia H. Skipper

Patricia H. Skipper, 79, of Conway, formerly of Pasadena, MD passed away peacefully Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center in Myrtle Beach.

Born in Washington, DC, Pat was the daughter of the late Patrick and Lillian Christofaro.  She was a member of the Maryland Ladies, New Comers, Reel Ladies, Sons of Italy, the Moose Lodge and the Conway Library Association. Pat enjoyed playing Mahjong and Canasta.  She loved to eat out and always with a dessert.  Pat also enjoyed shopping, going to the movies, spending time with her friends, reading and attending plays. In addition to her parents Pat is also predeceased by her son, David Keith Horton.

Survivors include her loving daughter, Dawn Craig and her husband Bryan of Punta Gorda, FL; sister, Pamela Degnan of Silver Springs, MD; brother, Michael Christofaro of Ashton, MD; grandson, Jason Saunders of Fayetteville, NC; great granddaughter, Katie Saunders of Fayetteville, NC; niece, Erin Degnan of Silver Springs, MD; nephews, Patrick Christofaro and Thomas Christofaro both of Ashton, MD.

A Celebration of Life service will be held 4:00 PM Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Burroughs Funeral Home.

Dawn would like to express thanks to all of her mom's friends that loved and cared for her during her stroke and surgery.  "I was blessed to have you here to watch over her."
