Patricia Besselman

Patricia “Patsy” Ann Besselman, 65, of Myrtle Beach, died Friday, May 8, 2020.

Patsy was born December 30, 1954 in Kinston, NC to the late Haywood and Maxine Myers.

Patsy was the comptroller at Beach Ford and worked for the Ford dealership for 40 years. She enjoyed cooking, reading, cross stitching, painting, and other crafts. She loved to listen to the music of Queen and the Bee Gees.

Patsy is survived by her husband John H. Besselman II of Myrtle Beach; one son, John H. Besselman III (Shannon) of Bonaire, GA; two sisters, Iris Rebecca Suggs (Danny) of West Columbia, SC and Debbie Vick (Chris) of Kinston, NC; two grandchildren, Alyssa and Jace Besselman of Bonaire, GA; brother in law, David Besselman (DeeAnn) of Avondale, PA; two sister in laws, Joanne Morrow (William) of Silver Springs, MD and Mary Lou Besselman of New Wilmington, PA.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Horry County Rescue Squad #1 and to a special friend, Phyllis Gore.

A service will be held at St. Michael’s Catholic Church Columbarium at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that a donation be made in Patsy’s honor to the St. Michaels Fund or to the charity of your choice.
