Patricia Anne Bergeron

Patricia “Patti” Bergeron, of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, passed away on July 26, 2026. Born on September 24, 1950, she was raised in South Boston, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of the late George Bergeron and Mildred (Kowalik) Bergeron.

Patti was also predeceased by her siblings George, Paul, and Mildred. She was employed by the federal government before taking a disability retirement in her twenties, a transition that shaped the path of her adult life. Throughout her life, Patti met challenges with resilience and determination, and she was known for her straightforward honesty and the good heart that always guided her direct nature.

Patti and her sister shared their lives closely for more than four decades, living together in Weymouth, Massachusetts, then in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and later in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. Their long companionship provided Patti with deep comfort, familiarity, and a true sense of home.

Patti held her family close to her heart. She is survived by her niece, Paula Pagnini, and her husband, John, as well as her nephews, Robert Bergeron and Christopher Bergeron, with his wife, Deirdre. Patti will be remembered for her quick wit, her candor, and the warmth she showed to those she cared about throughout her life.

Her memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved her, and she will be deeply missed by those whose lives she touched. Her legacy endures in the hearts of those who loved her.

The family will hold a private ceremony in her honor.
