Odle Bradon Obituary

Odle James Bradon, born in Foreman, AR in 1933, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on January 31, 2020.

After graduating from Charlotte Valley Central School in Davenport, NY, Odle served in the United States Army. Upon his honorable discharge he returned to Oneonta, NY where he obtained a teaching degree from State University of New York (SUNY). After teaching a few years, Odle joined the NY State Department of Labor and became part of Senior Management until he retired in 1988. After retiring he was free to pursue his love of reading and golf. Odle was active for many years with the American Legion Post 1493 in Voorheesville, NY.

Odle is survived by his loving wife, Gail Hasty-Bradon; Myrtle Beach; son, Todd Bradon and his wife Krista; KY; step-son, Steven Stow and his wife Nadine, NY; step-son, Willie Stow, NY; step-son, Rhett Hasty, Myrtle Beach; sister, Reba Bradon Whiteman and her husband Harold, FL; several grandchildren and great grand children; sister in law, Sue Ball, Myrtle Beach; brother in law, Paul McGathey and his wife Cheryl, OH.

A private service will be held.
