Natalie Mazeall Arney

Natalie Mazeall Arney, age 55, passed away peacefully Thursday, November 17, 2022 at her Murrells Inlet residence with her loving family by her side.

Born in Canton, OH, Natalie was the daughter of Wilfred V. Mazeall and Sharon Hughes Twinem and the stepdaughter of the late Arvid Twinem.   A dedicated nurse, Natalie enjoyed fishing, drag racing and bible study.  She was a member of Palmetto Point Church of God, where Natalie enjoyed bible study. A graduate of McKinley High School in Canton, OH, she was an accomplished diver on the dive team.  Natalie graduated from Horry County Technical College with a RN Degree and from The University of South Carolina with her BSN Degree.  In addition to her stepfather, Natalie is preceded in death by her brothers, Wilfred V, Mazeall II and David Doran.

Survivors include her loving and devoted husband, Mark W. Arney of Murrells Inlet; children, Rachel Cole and her husband Clarence of Navarre, OH; Mark Arney and his wife Latasha of Myrtle Beach; mother, Sharon Hughes Twinem of McColl, SC; father, Wilfred V. Mazeall of Canton, OH; grandchildren, Jake Cole, Lyndsay Cole, Emily Cole and Abigail Arney; brothers, Mike Mazeall and his wife Shelly of Canton, OH; Scott DePew and his wife Breanna of Canton, OH; several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Natalie’s Life will be held 4:00 PM Saturday, November 19, 2022 at Burroughs Funeral Home in Murrells Inlet.
