Mathew Parsons Obituary

Mathew Wayne Parsons, age 63, passed away peacefully Thursday December 30, 2021 at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital.

Born in Charleston, WV, Mr. Parsons was the son of the Betty Parsons and the late Dale Parsons. Mr. Parsons was passionate about music and enjoyed hunting, fishing and building houses. He always loved watching westerns everyday but he especially loved spending time with his family. In addition to his father, Mr. Parsons is preceded in death by his son, Mathew Parsons and his grandparents, Dola and Bertha Parsons and Denver and Thelma Flowers.

Survivors include his spouse, Judy Taylor; daughters, Krissy Parsons; Stephanie Floyd; stepson, Rick (Dana) Smith ; stepdaughter, Michelle (Timmy) Howard; grandchildren, Avery Isaacs, Nikki Isaacs, Christopher Isaacs, Chandler Smith, Caroline Smith, Caitlin Smith, Aubrie Weaver, Morgan Weaver, Easton Weaver, Hayden Howard; Mother, Betty (Jerome) Bashor; brother, John Parsons; sisters, Robin Black; Stacey Parsons; step brothers, Brad (Kelly) Bashor; Shane (Bianca) Bashor; niece and nephews, Amber Reynolds, Zack Parsons, Jimmy Dale Follard; Orion Hagley.

A Celebration of Life service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday January 8, 2022 at 68 Craftsman Lane, Georgetown, SC 29440.
