Mary Catherne (Fisher) Fleishhauer

Mary Catherine Fleischhauer, 88, passed away peacefully with her loving husband by her side on Friday October 27, 2023 at her home in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. She was born on February 8, 1935 in Jersey City, New Jersey to the late Irvine Fisher & Mary Malinowski Fisher.

Along with her parents, Mary is reunited in passing with her son, Robert F. Fleischhauer.

Mary had a bright personality and a heart of gold. She proudly worked for Santerians Department Store for over 35 years where she made many friends. In her free time, Mary enjoyed the peace found while just watching television with her husband. Mary also enjoyed eating out at various restaurants and traveling. Above all else, Mary loved her family with her whole heart. She will forever be remembered for the amazing wife, mother, friend and neighbor she truly was.

Left to cherish Mary’s memory are her high school sweetheart with whom they have been married for 69 years and together for over 72 years, Mr. Conrad J. Fleischhauer of Surfside Beach; a loving, extended family and many supportive friends and neighbors.

Services for Mary will be held privately.
