Marianne Roberta Stackhouse

Marianne Roberta Stackhouse, 65 of Longs, South Carolina, formerly of Delaware County, Pennsylvania, passed away unexpectedly on December 9, 2025, at her residence. She was born October 2, 1960, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late, Earl Kelly and Margarette Hahn Kelly.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved first-born daughter, Sherry Stackhouse; brother, Earl Kelly; sister, Margie Johnson; and her first husband Joey Peruto.

She is survived by her sister, Carol Thomas and her husband, Dennis of Brookhaven, PA; son, Joseph Peruto and his wife, Erica of Drexel Hill, PA; daughter, Jennifer Peruto of Myrtle Beach, SC, Kelly Stackhouse of Myrtle Beach, SC, Harlee Stackhouse of Nevada City, CA, April Stackhouse of Conway, SC; grandchildren, Dominick Buscher, Delanie St. Blanchard, Emery Chandler, AJ Peruto, Nora Sherman, Faye Sherman, Romy Sherman, Jaylah Peruto, Dada Chavis, Niya Chavis and Bree Chavis; her fiancé, William “Bill” Robeson, stepson, Justin Robeson and family; and the father of their children, Ernie Stackhouse.

Marianne loved spending time with her beloved children and grandchildren. She also loved getting her hands dirty in the garden and feeding the wildlife she encountered. Above all being with her loving family is what made her the happiest.

Services will be privately held.
