Linda Leigh Turner, 64, of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at her residence. She was born on October 13, 1960, in Clearwater, Florida, daughter of the late, Robert Albert Dolan, Jr. and Flossie Ella Bailey Dolan.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, James Dolan.
She is survived by her two daughters, Lacy Perry and her husband Zach of Murrells Inlet, SC, and Jessi DuBose and her husband, Kevin of Murrells Inlet, SC; two sons, Christopher “Kit” Turner and his wife, Katherine of Murrells Inlet and Charlie Cusick of Murrells Inlet; sister, Patti Dolan and her husband, Barry of Florida; step-daughter, Kelly Bashor and her husband, Brad of Pawleys Island, SC; grandchildren, Henry, Merritt, Seth, Aiden, Landen, Johnathan, & Chloe; grand dogs, Cooper and Sophie; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Linda was a graduate of Broadmoor High School in Baton Rouge, LA and went on to study at Hillsborogh Community College in Florida. She moved to SC with her sister, Dr. Patti Dolan to open the first oncology practice in the Georgetown area.
Linda loved her grandchildren and grand dogs with her whole heart! She enjoyed drinking coffee, spending time in her garden or being at the beach. When her children were younger, she was very active in their activities, such as boy scouts and girl scouts, and became a "mom” to many of their friends over the years.
There are no formal services planned.
