Laurin Hubbard Loy

Our beloved mother, Laurin Hubbard Loy, aged 77, passed away on July 18, 2026,

surrounded by her family.

Laurin was born on May 16, 1949, in Dillon, South Carolina, to

Douglas Jennings Hubbard and Marianne McLaurin.

Our Mother was an avid reader of books, loved gardening, and her pets.

Laurin is survived by her husband Jim and her 2 children Jeffry and Jennifer; three grandchildren; and her sisters, Susan, Inez, Dianne and her brother Beau.
