Judith Fran (Hill) Hale

Judith Fran Hale, 75, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 21, 2022. She was born in Alexandria Bay, New York to Braydon Hill, Jr. and Jessie Brown Hill on June 15, 1946.

Judith’s first career was that of an X-Ray technician in Florida and following that served as a daycare teacher in local churches in Pawleys Island, SC. She lived in the Tampa Bay Area for 30 years then 30 years in South Carolina. Judith was an accomplished painter, sewer and an avid reader. Most recently, Judith was a member of Pawleys Island Community Church where she taught Sunday school. Judith was a cancer survivor herself.

Judith is survived by her husband of 54 years William Thomas Hale; two sisters, Eileen of Ohio and Colleen of Montana; her children, Jeff Hale and Jessica Gaskill (Jason Gaskill) both of Wilmington NC; two grandchildren Curren and Chloe Gaskill.

A celebration of Judith’s life will be held privately.
