Jonathan Keith Squires

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jonathan Keith Squires. He has gone to be with our Lord and Savior on August 29th, 2023. He was born on November 21, 1984 in Conway, South Carolina to Kathleen Rose O'Connell  and the late John Keith Squires.

Along with his father, Jonathan is reunited in passing with his sister, Heather Pauline Squires; paternal grandfather, John M. Squires and maternal grandfather, William Thomas O'Connell.

Left to cherish Jonathan's memory are his mother, Kathleen Rose O'Connell  of Myrtle Beach; daughters, Chloe Heather Nicole Squires & Callie Lorraine Squires; sisters, Madison Nicole Squires of Myrtle Beach and Haleigh Rose Squires of Myrtle Beach; paternal grandmother, Ina M. Squires of Murrells Inlet & maternal grandmother, Dolores O'Connell of Myrtle Beach; as well as a large, loving extended family and many supportive friends and neighbors.

Jonathan was a hardworking man with a heart of gold. In his younger years, he enjoyed skateboarding and playing baseball with his sisters. Later in life, Jonathan developed an eye for detail and was a very talented residential painter. Jonathan took pride in ensuring all of his projects were completed perfectly. He was a proud father who loved his girls very much. In his free time, Jonathan enjoyed playing video games, especially Call of Duty. Jonathan loved food and was never one to turn down a home cooked meal.

Above all else, Jonathan loved his family with his whole heart. He will be deeply missed, but fondly remembered for his kind soul and the love he had for his family.

A Celebration of Jonathan's life will be held for the family.
