Jennifer Ann Murphy

Jennifer Ann Murphy, 40, of Conway, SC, kicked her final goal on September 14, 2025.

Born on December 23, 1984, in Atlanta, Georgia, Jennifer was a true force of nature. Her passion for adventures, traveling and creating memories with her loved ones brought her great joy. From a rebellious teenager with a gift for playing soccer, to a loving mother, to a radiologic technologist at Tidelands Health Georgetown Memorial Hospital, Jennifer touched countless lives with her compassion and dedication.

Jennifer was famously silly- in all the best ways. She could turn any situation into an adventure with making you laugh until you cry.

She was a devoted life partner to Michael Ellisor Jr, daughter to Judy and John Purcell, mother to Nathan Duff and Willow Smith, sister to Jacqueline Murphy, Hayley (Jimmy) Fields, Tara (Ryan) Belanger, Angela Purcell, granddaughter to Wanda Lacy and Carolyn Parten, cousin to Billy Stewart, Johnny (Gabbe) Earhart, Bobby Earhart, aunt to Kennedy, Wesley and Laney, niece to Cathy and Jamie Lacy and loving friend to Daniel Smith, whom they shared being devoted parents to their children, and friend to countless others. Her safe place was with her fur babies Murphy and Oakley. She cherished her family beyond anything else.

She now joins Jack Murphy Sr, Tommie Lou Murphy, James Edward Lacy (grandparents), Jack Murphy Jr (father) and Linda Murphy (aunt) who surely welcomes her with a boat to endless beaches and beautiful sunsets.

Celebration of life will be held at Salt and Lime in Myrtle Beach, SC on Sunday, September 21, 2025 from 4 to 8 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to wear your favorite beach attire.
