Edward Robert Surma

Edward Robert Surma, 77, of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, formerly of Dearborn, Michigan and Redford Michigan, passed away on Sunday, November 23, 2025. He was born on January 21, 1948, son of the late, Edward Joseph Surma and Margaret Ann Mary Ohsowski.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Robin Alyce Surma.

He is survived by his children, Michael Surma of NC, Kelly Surma of MI, and Kyle Surma of SC; two granddaughters, Janiyah Allen of NC and Alissa Allen of MI; and two grandsons, Jason Surma of NC and, Joseph Surma of NC.

Edward was a workaholic for over thirty-eight years and still working full. He enjoyed spending time fishing, walking on the pier to see what was caught, and collecting Pepsi memorabilia. Above all he loved his family with his whole heart and cherished the time he spent with them.
