Upon Dougs relocation to Myrtle Beach where he was first enlisted as a drill instructor in 1980, he was able to enjoy the beach and his golf cart. Dougs dedicated wife and family remember him as a warrior for the way he fought his cancer for years Above all else, Doug loved his family with his whole heart. He will be deeply missed.
