Dolores L. Havlik

Dolores L.  Havlik, 84, passed away on Monday, September 14, 2020 at Grand Strand Medical Center.  Born in Albany, NY on January 2, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Stephanie Cimko Clark. 

Dolores was the loving and devoted wife for 63 years to John M. Havlik.  She was the mother of two daughters, Michelle (Joseph) Serignese, Lori (Albert) Prack; the grandmother to Tanya (Robert) Priest, Jo Ellen (Toby) Buchan, Jonathan (Britni) Prack, Carl (Samantha) Winkler, Michael (Sara) Winkler, Justin (Jenn) Winkler; and thirteen great-grandchildren.  Her brother, Joseph Clapper and sisters, Gail (John) Bartholemew, Doreen (James) McIntosh and Betty Ann Clapper also survive Dolores. She was preceded in death by her son, David Havlik and sister, Connie Brenzel.

A registered nurse, Dolores retired following numerous years of service.  She was a devout member of St. Michaels Catholic Church.  Dolores was a Past President of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary in Ghent, NY.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at St. Michaels Catholic Church with entombment in the church columbarium to follow.
