Debra Sue Miller Allred, 54, of Asheboro, NC passed away peacefully Tuesday September 21, 2021 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center in Myrtle Beach.
Born in Greensboro, NC, Debra was the daughter of the late Max Leroy Miller and Carolyn Henry Cox. Debra enjoyed staying fit, all things Scooby Doo, collecting moose memorabilia and was a strong advocate for animals and pets. She enjoyed spending time at the beach, the lake, with her family and her beloved furbabies. Debra met the love of her life, Tony in 1984. They married in 1988 and she was Tony’s “Girlfriend for 37 years.”
Survivors include her loving husband, Tony Allred of Asheboro, NC; daughter, Rebekah Allred Ray and her husband Cody of Randleman, NC; sisters, Janet Miller Slentz and her husband Mike of Greenville, NC; Alicia Miller Mireles and her husband Jeremy of Arlington, TX; brother, Brad Miller and his wife Shane of Midlothian, TX; stepmother, Kathy Faulkner and her husband David of Denton, TX; nieces, Amber Troutman and her husband John of Banner Elk, NC; Reagan Mireles of Arlington, TX; great nephews, Jackson Troutman and Wyatt Troutman of Banner Elk, NC; and her Furbabies, Cookie and Buttercup.
A Celebration of Debra’s Life will be held at a later date.
