He was born in Stafford Springs, Connecticut to Ruth Evelyn and Charles Russell. He formerly lived in Glastonbury, Connecticut, Manchester, Connecticut, Willows, California and Marlborough, Connecticut. He was a very talented welder, machinist, supervisor and problem solver. He was a respected employee at Trumpf Inc. in Farmington Connecticut from where he retired in 2018.
Sean was a loving, caring, patient person who was extremely good with children. He loved his family, his fur babies and his friends. He is survived by his brother Mike Reynolds and partner, his sisters Judy Rhodes, Debbie Poitras and Betsy Follansbee and husbands, his nephews, niece, cousins, extended family and his many adopted nieces and nephews. He loved family get togethers, having picnics and going out to eat.
He was extremely active and enjoyed riding his motorcycle, bicycle and kayaking. He loved walking our dogs in the state forest in Marlborough. The forest was his happy place. He loved being outside in nature. He enjoyed traveling with his wife Bonnie and made friends all over the world. He also enjoyed going to the beach and Brookgreen Gardens.
Sean had a very strong love of music of many different types. He collected a large amount of music on iTunes. He enjoyed live concerts from the high end musicians to the local ones at Brookgreen Gardens. He loved to keep busy and was constantly working on projects around the house.
In lieu of flowers please donate to the elephant orphanage. After watching the movie Holiday in the Wild several times Sean wanted to donate to this project.
