Claire Marasciulo

Claire Marasciulo, 93, passed away peacefully with her loving son by her side on Saturday December 26, 2020 at Inlet Coastal Resort Nursing Home and Assisted Living in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. She was born on June 22, 1927 in the Czech Republic of Prague to the late Joseph & Yolanda Cherit.

Along with her parents, Claire is reunited in passing with her beloved husband, Frank Marasciulo & son, Robert Marasciulo.

Claire was a faithful, catholic woman with a heart of gold and a calling to do the Lord’s work. In her younger years, Claire was an outstanding baker and cook who relished making meals for her family. She loved crocheting and spending time with her family and friends. In her free time, Claire had a green thumb and could be found tending to her bountiful garden. Claire will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for her great sense of humor, infectious laughter, and her bright smile.

Left to cherish Claire’s memory are her adoring son, Alan Marasciulo and his wife, Sue of Murrells Inlet; grandchildren, Matthew Marasciulo, Gregory Marasciulo, Jeffrey "JP" Marasciulo, Laura Marasciulo and Jennifer Hastings; great-grandchildren, Dakota, Meagan…; great-greatgrandchildren, Zayden…; as well as a large, loving extended family and many supportive friends and neighbors.

A Celebration of Claire’s life was held privately.
