Camie Norrine (Lambert) Ware

Camie Norrine Ware, 44, passed away peacefully on Friday August 15, 2025 while at Tidelands Waccamaw Community Hospital in Murrells Inlet, with her loving family by her side and after a valiant battle. She was born on March 17, 1981 in Andrews, South Carolina.

Camie had a zest for life and a heart of gold. She was a skilled administrative assistant for several hotels over the years, where she made life-long friends. In her free time, Camie enjoyed traveling to the mountains and watching the sunrise and sunset at the beach. Above all else, Camie loved her family with her whole heart, especially her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.

Left to cherish Camie’s memory are her adoring husband, Richard Ware of Surfside Beach; son, Thadius Blackmon of Myrtle Beach; daughter, Cheyanne Burton and husband, Kaleb of Myrtle Beach; beloved grandchildren, Aubrey, Carter, Brayden & Hunter, all of Myrtle Beach; mother, Margaret Lambert of Myrtle Beach; father, Robert Lambert of Andrews; brother, Bryon Lavoie (Caitlin) of Andrews; three nephews of Andrews; as well as a large, loving, extended family and many supportive friends and neighbors.

Camie is reunited in passing with her loving grandmother, Mary Ette Bratcher Lambert.

A Celebration of Camie’s life will be held on Tuesday August 19, 2025 at 6PM at Burroughs Funeral Home, 3558 Old Kings Highway, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576. The family will greet friends following the service, until 8pm.
