Bryce Edward Rexroat

Bryce Edward Rexroat, 75, of Pawleys Island, SC, formerly of Wilmette, IL, died on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at his home.

Bryce was born on August 27, 1944 in Oak Park, IL, to the late William Bryce and Lois Shoen Rexroat.

He graduated from Bradley University in Peoria, IL in 1970 where he was a member of the Sigma Nu fraternity. He served in the U.S. Army from 1968-1969.

Bryce enjoyed spending time on the beach with his family and friends and loved fishing at his brothers cabin in Wisconsin.

In addition to his parents, Bryce is preceeded in death by one brother, Alec John Rexroat and his step father Clint Riley.

Bryce is survived by his wife Anne Kendall Rexroat; one daughter, Kelly Rexroat; one sister, Faith Harrop; one step sister, Pam Dyer; one step son, John W. Hughes IV (Amy); one step daughter, Kendall Hughes Grigg (Jeremey); four grandchildren, Austen Hughes Covelo (Kevin), Skyllar Hughes, Vaden Grigg and Jack Grigg.

A celebration of Bryce’s life will be held later.
