Bonnie Isabel Biggs Aylward, 86, of Myrtle Beach, SC, and formally of Groveton, NH and Maidstone Lake, VT, passed away at her home on Monday, December 15, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Bonnie was born in Barre, VT to the late Waldron Charles and Gloria Young Biggs.
In addition to her parents, Bonnie is preceded in death by a sister, Betty Olds Biggs and a brother, Waldron David Biggs.
Bonnie is survived by her daughter, Dawn Therese (Aylward) Brantly and her husband Robert of Myrtle Beach; sons, Jess Waldron Aylward and Kendall Spelts Aylward; grandchildren, Abigail Grace Peters and Bo Stroud of Charlotte, NC, Olivia Anne Peters and Megan Landrum of Charleston, SC, Jeffrey Joseph Peters and Cheryl Ann Cheng of California, Alex Jay Aylward and Halle Newton of Myrtle Beach, and Ethan Lewis Aylward and Hailey Rappeno of Myrtle Beach; great grandson, Leo Hendrix Aylward; and many extended family members and friends.
Bonnie had a business with her sister, Betty, “Aren’t We Wonderful, Wally’s Daughters”. They made custom placemats and napkins which they sold to Casino Gift Shops in Reno, NV and at golf courses in Myrtle Beach. Her artistic abilities and creativeness led her to doll making and making porcelain crafts. Bonnie was the consummate homemaker and welcomer of all. She never met a stranger.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, December 27, 2025, from 3:00 to 7:00 pm at Tupelo Bay Golf Club, 1800 US 17 Business, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576. Light refreshments will be served. Please RSVP to Dawn Brantley at 843-446-1677 or Kendall Aylward at 843-450-1970.
