Billy Ree Brigham

Billy Ree Brigham age 75, born May 18, 1945 has passed away at his home in Myrtle Beach, SC on Thursday July 16th, 2020 from an illness. 

Billy R. Brigham was the youngest son of the late Guy Brigham and Cornelia Thompson Brigham of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. 

Billy was a loving father to daughters Regina Brigham of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina,  Rachel Braswell of Lincolnton, North Carolina, Robin Grainger of Conway, South Carolina, Rebecca Brigham of Conway, South Carolina and a son Billy Nathaniel Brigham “Nat” of Conway, South Carolina. 

Surviving siblings include James L. Brigham “Shinkey”of Johnsonville, South Carolina, Chandler C. Brigham of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Alvilder J. Brigham of Gresham, South Carolina and Monnie B. Tanner of Gresham, South Carolina. 

Grandchildren include Tamala Gore, Gregory Smith, Ariel Housand, Chase Todd, Chasity Todd, Che’sea Braswell, Courtney Chavis, Adam Grainger, Hunter Brigham, Madyson Brigham and Adyson Floyd. 

Billy was a proud great grandfather of 11. 

Billy was preceded in death by his oldest brother Guy A. Brigham of Johnsonville, South Carolina and his sisters Burena B. Warren of Socastee, South Carolina, Amanda B. Altman of Gresham, South Carolina and Dorothy B. Campbell of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. 

Billy was a master plumber who had his own plumbing company in Manning, South Carolina. He was a simple man of few words who loved his family and he will be greatly missed by all that knew him. 

Billy didn’t want a big fuss over his passing so we are honoring his wishes.
