Anthony "Tony" Signorelli Obituary

Anthony “Tony” Phillip Signorelli, 85, of Myrtle Beach SC, formally of Bohemia, NY, passed away peacefully at home with his loving family by his side. Tony was full of life. You could always find him tinkering around in his garage, telling the funniest of jokes, and fixing anything and everything (if Tony couldn’t fix it, no one could).

Tony was born to Helen and Phillip Signorelli on September 10, 1938, in Holbrook, NY. He was one of 13 children. At the age of 17, he proudly served in the US Navy. He then met his beautiful wife, Veronica, and had two wonderful daughters, Veronica, and Toni-Jean.

He was an exceptional diver who continued to teach his grandchildren how to do flips off the diving board, even in his later years. Tony also loved roping and horseback riding, where he spent most of his time. Motorcycles were also his passion. He drove his motorcycle from New York to Sturgis, SD., as well as attended many bike rallies. He was still riding his motorcycle at the age of 83. He was the life of every party; he was wild and fun! Tony held nothing back, you would never know what would come out of his mouth! Tony loved his family unconditionally and would do anything for them. Sunday dinner was so special to him, that’s when he could spend time with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren The most important thing to Tony was that his family was happy and healthy. He would never use the word goodbye, instead, he would say “so long”. Many will miss Tony tremendously, but he will certainly never be forgotten.

Tony is preceded in death by his parents Phillip and Helen Signorelli, his daughter, Veronica Spinola, and many of his siblings.

Left to cherish Tony’s memory are his beautiful wife of 64 years, Veronica Signorelli; daughter, Toni-Jean Signorelli, grandchildren; Nicole (Robert), Christa, Natalie, Dana (Myles), Dante (Lexi); great-grandchildren, Robbie (Alexa), Fallon, River, Jameson, Clover, Ryleigh, Jackson, and Hayes.
