Annis "Oline" Przybiski-Gremmo

Annis “Oline” Przybiski-Gremmo, 98, of Myrtle Beach, SC passed away peacefully on August 30, 2023, with her family by her side. Oline was born in West Monroe, Louisiana on August 24, 1925. A direct descendant of Patrick Henry, Oline was the daughter of the late Classie Fred Henry and Ethel Hollingsworth. She was known for her kind and giving nature, always lighting up the room with her presence and taking charge when needed. Oline was a graduate of Ouachita Parish High School Class of 1942.

After her graduation from high school during World War II, Oline went to Washington DC to pursue a Civil Service job and fortunately met the love of her life, Ed Przybiski who was serving in the US Army at the time. After the war, they were married and lived in Connecticut for 45 years until Ed’s passing. Some years later, Oline met Felix Gremmo of Manchester, Connecticut. They were married for 20 years until his passing.

Oline is survived by her loving children: Cathy Tyler (Bill) of Connecticut, Christine Baumann (Charlie) of South Carolina, Linda Adams of Connecticut, and Edward (Martha) of Texas. She also leaves behind 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, who were a source of immense joy and pride for her. Oline’s heart was filled with love for her family.

During her leisure time, Oline found solace in completing crossword puzzles and working in her extraordinary flower gardens. She also enjoyed golf, bowling, senior trips and was an avid reader.

Additionally, Oline had a deep affection for dogs, particularly her beloved Toy Yorkie, Bella. Bella was a constant companion who brought immeasurable happiness to Oline’s life for the past seven years.

In honoring Oline’s memory, the family has decided to hold private services at their convenience. They kindly request that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Oline had a compassionate heart and cared deeply for the well-being of children, making this charitable choice a meaningful tribute to her legacy.
