Annette Pyatt, 64, passed away peacefully and with her loving family by her side on Sunday July 12, 2026 while at Tidelands Waccamaw Community Hospital in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. She was born on January 22, 1962 in Conway, South Carolina to the late Freddie & Margaret Sessions.
Along with her parents, Annette is reunited in passing with son, James Nealey; mother-in-law, Lilly Mae Pyatt; and recently her boyfriend, Chris Meyers. Annette is also reunited on the rainbow bridge with her beloved grand-dogs, Shelby and Taz.
Left to cherish Annette’s memory are her sons, Billy Lee Cribb and wife, Beth of Salisbury, NC & Rickey Amaud Pyatt of Plantersville, SC; daughter, Kendra Morant of Georgetown, SC; brothers, James and Freddy Sessions; best friends, Wendy Brent, Teresa Boyd & Sandy Drayton; sisters-in-law, Betty Morant and Debra Hewitt; care giver and good friend, Joyce Singleton; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins; a large, loving, extended family and many supportive friends and neighbors.
Annette was well known and deeply loved throughout her community. She was a tough cookie with an unwavering spirit. She was a determined fighter who faced life's challenges with remarkable strength and resilience. Headstrong, fearless, and truly a force to be reckoned with, Annette loved her family with her whole heart and was always checking in on those she cared about. She especially adored her grand-dogs, Shelby and Taz, and never missed an opportunity to call and ask how they were doing. Her fierce love, caring heart, and unforgettable personality will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A Celebration of Annette’s life will be held by the family at a later date.
