Angelina Burns

Angelina Burns, 77, passed away peacefully on Sunday June 21, 2020 at the Embrace Hospice House of the Grand Strand in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She was born on March 11, 1943 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Dominic & Anna DiPrinzio.

Along with her parents, Angelina is reunited in death with her two brothers and one sister.

Angelina was a hardworking woman with a vibrant personality. She took pride helping those in her community and her neighborhood. She relished spending time with her family when they visited for vacation. In her free time, Angelina could be found out on the town shopping and treating herself to retail therapy; sunbathing at the beach and making memories with her beloved grandchildren. She will be deeply missed. 

Left to cherish Angelina’s memory are her beloved husband of 54 wonderful years, Mr. Richard Burns of Myrtle Beach; four sons, Richard Burns, Jr (Lori) of Hinton, WV, Sean Burns of Acton, CA, Andrews Burns (Roberta) of Virginia Beach, VA & Christopher Burns (Mary) of Mullica Hill, NJ; grandchildren, Michael, Robyn, Nicky, Joey, Anderson & Katie; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins; a large, loving, extended family and many supportive friends and neighbors.

A Celebration of Angelina’s life will be held in New Jersey at a later date.
