Andres Ysordia, 54, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 9, 2021 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He was born on November 30, 1966, in Port Hueneme, California to the late John Enrique Ysordia & Maria Luisa Rocha Ysordia.
Along with his parents, Andres is reunited in death with his sister, Elvira “Baby” Ysordia.
Andres proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corp. Following his honorable discharge, he went on to become a successful project manager and was the owner of his own construction business. In his free time, Andres relished being with his family and friends. He was a compassionate person who would gladly offer the shirt from his back to anyone in need. Above all else, Andres loved his family with his whole heart. He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for his quick, dry wit, his selflessness and love for his family.
Left to cherish Andres’ memory are his adoring companion of 17 years, Patricia Klocke of Myrtle Beach; their children, Gage & Carly; sisters, Maria Turner (Greg), Mariana Ysordia, Marcella Antonel (Brett), & Rosa Hart all of California; brothers, John "Oly" Ysordia, Sidney Ysordia, & Steve Rocha all of California; nieces and nephews, Angel & Ian, Bryce & Rhiannon, Sean Ysordia (Christina), Savanna & Caitlin, Jasmine, Jessica & Sidney, Jr., Esteban, Bonnie, Nancy, Patricia, Nicole, and little John; his best friend, Shawn; as well as a multitude of other nieces, nephews and cousins; a large, loving, extended family and many supportive friends, neighbors and military comrades.
A Celebration of Andres’ life will be held at Florence National Cemetery, 803 E National Cemetery Rd. Florence, SC 29506 on Friday July 9, 2021 at 1:00PM.
