Susan “GiGi” Sullivan, 72, passed away peacefully, with her loving family by her side on Monday, May 13, 2019 at the Embrace Hospice House of the Grand Strand in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She was born on October 25, 1946 in Long Island, New York to the late Lawrence F. Brady & Rosemary Gettings Brady.
Along with her parents, Sue is preceded in passing by her daughter, Rachel.
Sue was feisty, had a personality larger than life, and loved her family with her whole heart. When she wasn’t out shopping or sitting on the beach, Sue could be found enjoying her flowers and plants, and being the very best GiGi she could be, all the way to the very end. Sue will be truly missed by all who had the honor of getting to know her.
Left to cherish Sue’s memory are her beloved husband of 50 wonderful years, Michael “Mike” Sullivan of Myrtle Beach; their children, Jen Sullivan and her fiancé, Rich of Conway & Christopher Sullivan and his wife, Pam of Whitehall, PA; her adoring grandchildren, Conor, Grace, Madison Rose, Lauren Elizabeth, Liam, & Ty; her four sister-in-laws, Pat, Kathy, Beth & Ellen and late brother-in-law Dennis; her brother, Lawrence "Larry" Brady and his wife, Monique of Florida; sisters, Barbara Brady Mussel and her husband Fred of Spartanburg, SC, Claire Carmichael and her husband Bill of Atlanta, GA & Missy Day Beachman of Atlanta, GA; as well as several nieces and nephews; a large, loving, extended family and many supportive friends and neighbors.
A Celebration of Sue’s life will be held privately.
