Morris Maggi Obituary

Morris N. Maggi, 71, of Murrells Inlet, passed away peacefully Friday, July 5, 2019 at The Medical University of South Carolina.

Born in New Jersey, Morris was the son of the late Nicholas Maggi and Victoria Maggi. Morris owned and operated Alyces Restaurant at Hudson’s Flea Market for 10 years. He was an avid baseball card and sports memorabilia collector.

Survivors include his loving wife, Patricia Gerien Maggi of Murrells Inlet; daughter, Anna Marie Maggi of New Jersey; sisters, Jean Gunther, Vickie Esposito and Annette Neri all of New Jersey; brother, Rocky Maggi of New Jersey; several nieces and nephews.

A private family service will be held.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Morris’ name to the American Heart Association, 4217 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, VA 23060-9979 or to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
