Minton Venner Braddy, III

Minton Venner Braddy, III, 70, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on Wednesday September 25, 2019 at his home in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. He was born on August 25, 1949 in Sandy Springs, Georgia.

Minton was a hardworking man with a heart of gold. He was a proud graduate of West Georgia College in Carrollton, Georgia. His passion for working with his hands and love of helping people, lead Minton to have a successful career as a contractor for many years in the Pawleys Island and Georgetown areas where he expertly built houses.

Left to cherish and honor Minton’s memory are his beloved wife, Paddi M. (Horvath) Braddy of Pawleys Island; his mother, Dorothy (Tarte) Braddy of Atlanta, GA; his adoring children, Derek (Risa) Hamilton of Atlanta, GA, Justin Brooks Braddy of Charleston, SC, Brooke Hamilton of Murrells Inlet, SC & Alisha Garcia also of Murrells Inlet, SC; his granddaughter, Braxton Gray Pender; a loving, extended family and many supportive friends and neighbors.

A Celebration of Minton’s life will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
