Kay M. Kazmerowski

Kay M. Kazmerowski, 62, of Georgetown, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital.

Born in Georgetown, SC, Kay was the daughter of the late Willie C. Morris and Authenia "Teenie" A. Morris.  She was an art enthusiast who enjoyed reading, listening to music, the beach, cooking and especially spending time with her family and friends. Kay was a member of Christ the King Grace Church where she enjoyed assisting with the nursery Cradle Roll Ministry and was involved with the church small group supper club. She worked for Blue Cross and Blue Shield but spent most of her career as an Executive Administrative Assistant .

Survivors include her loving brothers, William C. Morris of Pawleys Island; David E. Morris and his wife Tracy of Georgetown; nephew, Wesley C. Morris and his wife Tiffany of Georgetown; nieces, Angela M. Gallup and her husband Clay of Pawleys Island; Carrie E. Wilson and her husband Lorenzo of Murrells Inlet; Madison C. Morris of Georgetown; great nieces, Lillian M. Gallup of Pawleys Island and Ruthie D. Morris of Aynor.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at Christ the King Grace Church Waccamaw at Pawleys Island with The Reverend Tim Surratt officiating. The family will receive friends at a reception following the service.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Kay's memory to Christ the King Grace Church, Nursery Ministry, 9630 Ocean Highway, Pawleys Island, SC  29585 or to the charity of your choice.
