James L. Rainey, 83, passed away peacefully on Wednesday August 14, 2019 at his home in Garden City, South Carolina, He was born on June 4, 1936 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Frank Rainey, Sr., & Edna Seymour Rainey.

Jim will be truly missed by his son, David Rainey and his family of Baltimore, Maryland; an extended family and many supportive friends and neighbors.

A Celebration of Jim's life will held privately and at a later date.
