Gloria Jean Blakeney, 74, passed away peacefully Sunday, June 2, 2019 at her Murrells Inlet residence.

Born in Baltimore, MD, Mrs. Blakeney was the daughter of the late Clarence Brown and Mary Walsh Brown. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by a brother and sister.

Survivors include her loving and devoted husband of 52 years, Paul Blakeney, Jr. of Murrells Inlet; her faithful and adoring baby dog, Brittany; brother, Jeffery Brown and his wife Lisa; niece, Traci Siegler and her husband Gary; nephews, Christopher Young and his wife Angie; Kevin Young and his wife Teresa; great nephews, Ian, Dayton, Gunter and Walker Lou.

A private service will be held.
