Elaine Marie Summerlin

Elaine Marie Summerlin, 60, of Murrells Inlet, SC passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2019. She was born June 18, 1958 in Limestone, ME, daughter of James Patrick Wright and Mildred Theresa Parent.

She is preceded in death by her father and her late husband, Jay Summerlin.

In addition to her mother of Murrells Inlet she is survived by her daughter, Shannon Summerlin of Myrtle Beach; four sisters, Rosie Minton and her husband Lynn of Myrtle Beach, SC; Vickie Dew of Loris, SC; Kelly Denman of Warner Robins, GA, and Liz McDonald and her husband Scott of Windsor, CO; two brothers, Jim Wright and his wife Marsha of Surfside Beach, SC and AJ “Skeeter” Wright and his wife Lisa of Charlotte, NC; nieces, Nataleigh Beaty, Amy Bell, Lauren Morrison and Jessica McDonald and nephews, Brian Denman, Bryce Dew, Brett Dew, Kelly Wright and Benjamin McDonald.

A celebration of Elaine’s life will be held 11:00am Friday, May 17, 2019 at Burroughs Funeral Home, 3558 Old Kings Hwy, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576 with Steven Semones officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
