Donald Brice Curtis

Donald Brice Curtis, 56, of Myrtle Beach, SC passed away on Thursday, September 05, 2019 at Embrace Hospice House of the Grand Strand. He was born November 07, 1962 in Sioux City, IA, son of the late Richard Gary Curtis and Mary Elizabeth Hilburn Curtis.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers, Michael Curtis and Richard Curtis.

Survivors include one daughter, Kimberly Curtis of Wallace, SC; two step daughters, Stacey Lewis and Heather Raffaldt both of Wallace, SC; brother, Chance Curtis and his wife Kelly of Minnesota; three sisters, Teresa Hardee of Myrtle Beach, Cindy Tyler and her husband Sam of Myrtle Beach and Shontele Curtis of Minnesota; two grandchildren, Kyleigh and Keeley; good friend/brother Mark Rheinhart and many nieces and nephews.

Donald was a loving father, grandfather and brother. All who met him loved his gentle soul. He loved animals, his craft of carpentry, scary movies and music. Most of all his maker, Jesus Christ along with his family.  

The family would like to thank MSA Hospice, Dr. Michael Haughton, The Rock Church and Tammy at Embrace Hospice for making his last days comfortable.

The family will hold a private service at home as Donald requested.
