August 22, 1957 – November 30, 2019

Cynthia Lynn Price, 62, of Georgetown SC and formally of Chincoteague Island, VA, passed away surrounded by her loving family at MUSC in Charleston, SC. Cindy was the daughter of the late Rudolph Judson and Myrtle Skipper Price.

Cindy had a heart of gold, loved people, animals, and especially her family with her whole heart. She would offer the shirt off her back, was selfless, kind and brave and was always giving to those in need.

To cherish her memory, Cindy leaves behind, two sisters, Diane Moore (Roland Gunter) and Mickey Price, of Georgetown, SC; a brother, James “Jimmy” Price of Georgetown, SC; five nephews: Robert Judson Price (Julianna) and their daughter, Eliza Grace; James Allen Moore, II (Jennifer) and their children, James Allen Moore, III, Margaret Anne Moore and Henry LaRue Moore; James Ryan Price; Christopher Price Moore (Lindsay) and their children, Harper Elizabeth Moore, Christopher Price Moore, II and Thomas McCutchen Moore; and Hugh Jeffrey Moore and his daughter, Ashby Eliza Moore; several aunts and uncles and numerous cousins, her furbaby, Sophia Margaret, and many supportive friends and neighbors. Cindy was predeceased by her parents, a brother-in-law, J. Allen Moore, and a step-niece, Janeen “Cricket” Woodward.

A private gathering of loved ones is to be held on Thursday, December 5, 2019.
